Spiritual Warfare Pt3

Five Basic Truths
  1. There is an invisible world.
Through the yeas there have been TV shows that have shown an invisible world, Bewitched , Buffy the vampire slayer,Charmed and many others . The way the invisible world is presented in these shows is considered pure fantasy ,but in reality the invisible world represented in these shows is Biblical truth. The Bible is clear that Evil spirits( demons)existence and have been interacting with human history. Eph 6:12 For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places. The Bible speaks of a battle a spiritual one and if the spiritual world of angels and demons is not a reality the neither is the Bible a reality.
Some reference to the unseen spiritual world becoming visible
2 Kings 6:8 Once when the king of Syria was warring against Israel, he took counsel with his servants, saying, "At such and such a place shall be my camp." 9 But the man of God sent word to the king of Israel, "Beware that you do not pass this place, for the Syrians are going down there." 10 And the king of Israel sent to the place about which the man of God told him. Thus he used to warn him, so that he saved himself there more than once or twice. 11 And the mind of the king of Syria was greatly troubled because of this thing, and he called his servants and said to them, "Will you not show me who of us is for the king of Israel?" 12 And one of his servants said, "None, my lord, O king; but Elisha, the prophet who is in Israel, tells the king of Israel the words that you speak in your bedroom." 13 And he said, "Go and see where he is, that I may send and seize him." It was told him, "Behold, he is in Dothan." 14 So he sent there horses and chariots and a great army, and they came by night and surrounded the city. King Aram was wanting Elisha dead once he found out Elisha's location he sent his army to surround and kill him .What happens next is powerful
2 Kings 6:15 When the servant of the man of God rose early in the morning and went out, behold, an army with horses and chariots was all around the city. And the servant said, "Alas, my master! What shall we do?" 16 He said, "Do not be afraid, for those who are with us are more than those who are with them." 17 Then Elisha prayed and said, "O LORD, please open his eyes that he may see." So the LORD opened the eyes of the young man, and he saw, and behold, the mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire all around Elisha. Elisha's servant awoke and saw that the city was surrounded ,Elish told his servant do not be afraid for those that are with us are more than with them. Then Elisha prayed that his servants eye;s would be open and the invisible world became visible . The servant saw horses and chariots of fire surrounding the enemy Elisha new they were there and now so does the servant. In Daniel 10:10 And behold, a hand touched me and set me trembling on my hands and knees. 11 And he said to me, "O Daniel, man greatly loved, understand the words that I speak to you, and stand upright, for now I have been sent to you." And when he had spoken this word to me, I stood up trembling. 12 Then he said to me, "Fear not, Daniel, for from the first day that you set your heart to understand and humbled yourself before your God, your words have been heard, and I have come because of your words. 13 The prince of the kingdom of Persia withstood me twenty-one days, but Michael, one of the chief princes, came to help me, for I was left there with the kings of Persia, .It clearly shows that Daniel had a visitor that the visitor came to let Daniel know his prayers have been heard and that he was delayed in telling him do to fighting with the prince of Persia ( The angelic influence or demonic influence over Persia) Until Michael ( The Archangel) came to help . This shows things going on in a wrould that is unseen.
2 Cor10:3 For though we walk in the flesh, we are not waging war according to the flesh. 4 For the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh but have divine power to destroy strongholds. 5 We destroy arguments and every lofty opinion raised against the knowledge of God, and take every thought captive to obey Christ, The weapons we use are not of the flesh but of divine power so as to be able to break strongholds of demonic influence. The issues many believers face are not simply ,psychological, socialization, random accidents,or fully explainable by organizational dynamics or theories. They are spiritual and the forces behind them are personal. Paul speaks of these forces repeatedly ,when speaking about the god of this world has blinded the minds of the unbelieving and the planes of the enemy to create bitterness and division in the church. Satan and his demons are behind unbelief ,deception, fear, false religions, and persecution . No place in the Word of God do the writers say that evil is impersonel and that it can be naturally explained.. Jesus himself experience the unseen world and has made reference to it mutile times. To not belive what Jesus say's is to not believe Jesus. The Bible tells us of the existence of angels ,Satan , And demons to denie these truths in scripture is to denie the very words of God .

Spiritaul Warfare Pt2

Eph 6:12 For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places.

There is a heavy to the death ( not necessary a physical death )spiritual death that is with supernatural
,evil beings (demons). The battle may present its self in circumstances ,policies, and evil behavior, but our battle is not in the flesh and blood its against spiritual forces of wickedness its an invisible war.
The Bible does acknowledge that there are advisories doing battle in the spiritual realm and that’s were our battle is. In today’s world to say there are demons waiting to trip you up is like saying “I want to tell you a joke “ you just might get laughed at. Its easier to denie than except. Our world view can prevent us from seeing the real cause of an issue we would rather blame someone or something be cause we can see that. Not everything that happens is do to demonic activity we are responsible for making our own choices ,but everything can be used by the demonic to turn you away.
Quote from C.S.Lewis” the danger is to put either to much or to little emphasis on Satan and demons most people put to little The fact is we will have to do battle with the enemy in one way or another especially Christians for Satan has the non Christians already. Chip Ingram points out 3 responsibility's for us.
1 :be aware of the battle
2:depend on God's strength
3:use the protection God has provided

Many of us don't see abnormal behavior coming from those whom seem normal , (voice's ,strange behaviors, ect) many feel there is a better explanation than a demonic influence. There are some things that psychology, sociology and biology can't explain.
Every believer will either defeat or be defeated by the some form of demonic influence. Only by having a true understanding of our spiritual armor, can we be prepared for battle in the spirit.
Chip points out 5 truth we should believe as to why we need God protection.
There is a reality we can't see ,were the real battles of life take place

Spiritual Warfare Part #1

Spiritual Warfare

Eph 6:10 Finally, be strong in the Lord and in the strength of his might.

The beginnings of battle with the unseen spiritual world starts with being strong in the LORD in his strength and might ( other versions use power) the word power in the Greek is were we get the word for DYNAMITE .We have the power of the Holy Spirit via the Holy Spirit to battle Satan and his Demons in the unseen world. As long as we are relying on the LORD and not on our own knowledge.

Eph 6:11 Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil

Put on the Armor of God this is a constant multiple effort ,whether we want to admit it or not we as Christians are in a spiritual battle. The schemes of the Devil is to drive us away from God to fill us with half truths to and untruths to lure us into false religions and false doctrine ,false teaching ,into false hope ,false joy ,to lead us AWAY !!!! From the one true GOD

The word schemes is come from the Greek word for strategies , that means our temptations are not random, the false perspectives aren't haphazard , the lies we hear the cravings that consume us at our weakest point , they are all an assault to hit us below the belt to make us inefficient for Christ.

My CommentaryOn The Book Of John

My Commentary on John

John 1:1-5 (ESV)
1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 He was in the beginning with God. 3 All things were made through him, and without him was not any thing made that was made. 4 In him was life, and the life was the light of men. 5 The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it.

1 From the beginning was the word, and the word was with god ,and the word was god.

There is a lot of information here ,I'll look at what the beginning is and what the word is and how the word is God and not a god as some cults would teach.( denying the deity of Christ Jesus is one of the signs of a cult)
A very big sign.

From the beginning:
The beginning of what some would ask ,on the surface one would have to say ,The beginning of creation. This wouldn't be totally wrong for the Word was there at the creation start . The ESV say's from the beginning or NASB in the beginning this is telling us that the Word preexisted prior to the beginning of creation. So the deeper understanding is ,the Eternity of the Word ( Jesus Christ) per-existed prior to creation .

was the word and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 He was in the beginning with God.

Whats the word ? above I said the word is Jesus Christ ,so how did I come to that .
The Word or Greek LOGOS :
In John, denotes the essential Word of God, Jesus Christ, the personal wisdom and power in union with God, his minister in creation and government of the universe, the cause of all the world's life both physical and ethical, which for the procurement of man's salvation put on human nature in the person of Jesus the Messiah, the second person in the Godhead, and shone forth conspicuously from His words and deeds.

Scripture that show the Word is a personnel being:
John 1;1-5
1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2  He was in the beginning with God. 3 All things came into being through Him, and apart from Him nothing came into being that has come into being. 4 In Him was life, and the life was the Light of men. 5 The Light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not comprehend it.

These verse’s show clearly that the word LOGOS is God The word is the one who created this would be the second person of the trinity Jesus. But yet more scripture needs to be used to show this is Jesus. John clearly shows Jesus is the Word . This will become clearer as I continue to look at john.
Here is a pretty good explanation of the Word or Logos ,its long but I think quit clear.

The Logos in John’s Prologue
John’s use of logos drew on a wide-range of Jewish and Greek concepts, evoking associations with the OT Hellenistic Jewish literature, and Greek philosophy. Using the title “the Word” for Jesus simultaneously invoked and subverted the assumptions of his Jewish and Greek audiences. His use of the term was a deliberate attempt to persuade them of the divinity of Jesus using categories of thought they would have been familiar with.
For Jews, John’s use of logos would have evoked the phrase, the “word of Yahweh.” This title was an important part of biblical traditions about Yahweh and His effective power over the universe. The phrase was regularly used to refer to Scripture as divine law (Isa 2:3), written instruction (Psa 119:11), and prophetic revelation (Hos 4:1; Ezek 6:1). More important, the “word of Yahweh” was depicted as an active force at work in the world to accomplish Yahweh’s will (Isa 55:11; Jer 23:29). This force was the agent through which Yahweh created the world (Psa 33:6, 9; Gen 1:3, 6, 11).
A Jewish audience in the first century ad would also have accepted “the Word” as a divine title based on the regular substitution of memra (Aramaic for “the Word”) for the divine name in Aramaic translations of the ot, also called targums. The Aramaic translators used this title to avoid instances where Yahweh was described in human terms (i.e., with an arm or hand). This tradition connected “the Word” with creation even more: The targum for Isa 48:13a reads “By my word I have founded the earth” (replacing “my hand” in the Hebrew text with memra).
For Greeks, the idea of “the Word” as God’s active agent on earth resonated with the Greek notion that the Logos was the stabilizing principle of the universe. In Greek, logos can mean “reason,” or rational thought. In Greek philosophy, logos referred to the ordering principle behind the universe, the all-pervasive creative energy at the source of all things. The philosopher Heraclitus (sixth century bc) declared this principle always existed and was responsible for all things. The Logos was ultimate reality, the ever-present wisdom organizing the universe. The Stoic philosophers developed this idea further in the third century bc, and envisioned the Logos as the rational principle of the universe that made everything understandable. The Logos was the impersonal power that originated, permeated, and directed everything.
John’s use of the term logos does not appear to be indebted to Greek philosophy, however. His presentation of the Logos as a personal Creator involved in His creation and incarnated in the person of Jesus completely subverted the philosophical idea of the Logos as an impersonal force. A Greek audience would have recognized the concept as important, even if they did not fully understand it. John’s usage combines Jewish and Greek concepts about the universe and ultimate reality. The first century ad Jewish philosopher Philo of Alexandria also explicitly combined these two worlds of thought, describing the Logos as the rationality of the mind of God and the template for the divine ordering of creation.
John’s assignment of “the Word” to the role of the active agent in creation (John 1:3) connects with the biblical picture of creation through the divine word (Gen 1:3; Psa 33:6), and creation through divine wisdom (Prov 3:19, 8:22–31). Proverbs 3:19 describes “wisdom” as Yahweh’s agent in creation. Wisdom is regularly personified in Proverbs 1–9 and takes an active role in creation in Prov 8. Just like divine wisdom, “the Word” was also life-giving (compare Prov 3:18 and John 1:4).
Creation is the central concept of the message of John’s Gospel. Both the Jewish and the Greek associations of “the Word” find their ultimate meaning in creation. The Greeks were searching for knowledge, for a way to understand the impersonal principle bringing order to the universe. John proclaims that the one who gives order to creation is personal and divine. For the Jews, the connection between “the Word” and creation was natural since the role of Creator inherently belongs to God. But neither the Jews nor the Greeks would have expected John’s conclusion. He took a familiar concept, rich with meaning, and gave it a surprising twist. “The Word” was God, not an impersonal force, not just a tool God used to accomplish His purpose. “The Word” was personal. “The Word” was God, and God came in human form as Jesus (John 1:14).
John puts it all together. Jesus is none other than God’s creative, life-giving, light-giving Word. Jesus is the power of God that created the world and the reason of God that sustains the world—come to earth in the flesh. Using the term logos to communicate this prepared John’s hearers to accept the validity of his message.

It Starts With Gods Call To The Heart

Regeneration

When you hear the word regeneration what do you think of?

Whats the word regeneration mean?

re·gen·er·a·tion

1.
act of regenerating; state of being regenerated.
2.
Electronics. a feedback process in which energy from the output of an amplifier is fed back to the grid circuit to reinforce the input.
3.
Biology . the restoration or new growth by an organism of organs, tissues, etc., that have been lost, removed, or injured.
4.
Theology . spiritual rebirth;
Regeneration vines pg 939

to produce again, be born again, born anew
Who gets this process going of regeneration going.?

John 6:44 No one can come to me unless the Father who sent me draws him. And I will raise him up on the last day.

Born Again to a Living Hope 1Peter 1 :3-5
Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! according to his great mercy, he has caused us to be born again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, to an inheritance that is imperishable, undefiled, and unfading, kept in heaven for you, who by God’s power are being guarded through faith for a salvation ready to be revealed in the last time. .
With a calling from God.

What is our responsibility as Christians in this call from God ?
2 Thess 2:13 But we ought always to give thanks to God for you, brothers beloved by the Lord, because God chose you as the firstfruits to be saved, through sanctification by the Spirit and belief in the truth. 14 To this he called you through our gospel, so that you may obtain the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ. 15 So then, brothers, stand firm and hold to the traditions that you were taught by us, either by our spoken word or by our letter.

When God draws someone to himself what dose he touches?
Acts 16:11 So, setting sail from Troas, we made a direct voyage to Samothrace, and the following day to Neapolis, 12 and from there to Philippi, which is a leading city of the district of Macedonia and a Roman colony. We remained in this city some days. 13 And on the Sabbath day we went outside the gate to the riverside, where we supposed there was a place of prayer, and we sat down and spoke to the women who had come together. 14 One who heard us was a woman named Lydia, from the city of Thyatira, a seller of purple goods, who was a worshiper of God. The Lord opened her heart to pay attention to what was said by Paul. 15 And after she was baptized, and her household as well, she urged us, saying, “If you have judged me to be faithful to the Lord, come to my house and stay.” And she prevailed upon us.

Why the heart ?
Roman 10:5 For Moses writes about the righteousness that is based on the law, that the person who does the commandments shall live by them. 6 But the righteousness based on faith says, “Do not say in your heart, ‘Who will ascend into heaven?’” (that is, to bring Christ down) 7 “or ‘Who will descend into the abyss?’” (that is, to bring Christ up from the dead). 8 But what does it say? “The word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart” (that is, the word of faith that we proclaim); 9 because, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. 10 For with the heart one believes and is justified, and with the mouth one confesses and is saved.
Matt 15:18 But what comes out of the mouth proceeds from the heart, and this defiles a person. 19 For out of the heart come evil thoughts, murder, adultery, sexual immorality, theft, false witness, slander.
The heart is also mentioned in the OT
Ezek 36:26 And I will give you a new heart, and a new spirit I will put within you. And I will remove the heart of stone from your flesh and give you a heart of flesh. 27 And I will put my Spirit within you, and cause you to walk in my statutes and be careful to obey my rules.

Regeneration an act of God in which he imparts new spiritual life an moral change to us.( born again)

Does the person being drawn to God have a passive role in the process of regeneration ?

James 1:18 Of his own will he brought us forth by the word of truth, that we should be a kind of firstfruits of his creatures.

There are 2 schools of thought on this ? One is we have no role in the calling of God towards regeneration, the other is we have to respond to Gods calling towards regeneration.
My thought is this when God opens someones heart we have a choice ,because of having a free will to respond to Gods call .

The person of Christ ,His Diety

Deity of Christ

The Deity of Christ.

The biblical teaching is that Christ was fully human ,and yet is also fully God.
The word incarnation is used to refer to Jesus ,was God in human flesh , the act of God the son, toke to himself a human nature.

In the incarnation of Christ his human nature retains its distinctive characteristics, and his divine nature retains its distinctive characteristics, the two natures of Christ occur together in one person and one Subsistence ,The Greek word translated subsistence is the word hypostasis “being” , hence the human and divine natures in one person and is called a hypostatic union. This phrase simply means the union of Christ human and divine nature in one being.

Definition of SUBSISTENCE

1
a (1) : real being : existence (2) : the condition of remaining in existence : continuation, persistence
b : an essential characteristic quality of something that exists
c : the character possessed by whatever is logically conceivable

Why is Jesus deity necessary?

Why not Noah,he walked with God Gen 6:9  These are the generations of Noah. Noah was a righteous man, blameless in his generation. Noah walked with God.

Abraham ,The Gospel was preached to Abraham Gal 3:7 Know then that it is those of faith who are the sons of Abraham. 8 And the Scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the Gentiles by faith, preached the gospel beforehand to Abraham, saying, “In you shall all the nations be blessed.” 9 So then, those who are of faith are blessed along with Abraham, the man of faith.

Enoch Heb 11:5

By faith Enoch was taken up so that he should not see death, and he was not found, because God had taken him. Now before he was taken he was commended as having pleased God.
Gen 5:24

Enoch walked with God, and he was not, for God took him.

1)Only someone who is infinite God could bear the full penalty of sin of those who would believe in him. A finite creature could not.

2) Salvation is from the Lord

Jonah 2:9 But I with the voice of thanksgiving
will sacrifice to you;
what I have vowed I will pay.
Salvation belongs to the LORD!”
PG 1689 ESV
Deliverance belongs to Yahweh The word yeshu'a, or “salvation,” is used in the sense of deliverance.
PS 37:39
39 The salvation of the righteous is from the LORD;
he is their stronghold in the time of trouble.
40 The LORD helps them and delivers them;
he delivers them from the wicked and saves them,
because they take refuge in him.
Rev 7: 9 After this I looked, and behold, a great multitude that no one could number, from every nation, from all tribes and peoples and languages, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, clothed in white robes, with palm branches in their hands, 10 and crying out with a loud voice, “Salvation belongs to our God who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb!”

The scripture show, that no human man nor creature could ever save man- only God himself,

Does God only able to save man Contradict Sin sacrifice in the old testament. When the priest would make atonement for sin?
What was a sin sacrifice?

God required animal sacrifices to provide a temporary covering of sins which is why the sacrifices needed to be offered over and over. and to foreshadow the perfect and complete sacrifice of Jesus Christ Animal sacrifice is an important theme found throughout Scripture because “without the shedding of blood there is no forgiveness” (Hebrews 9:22).22 Indeed, under the law almost everything is purified with blood, and without the shedding of blood there is no forgiveness of sins.

Animal sacrifices have stopped with Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ was the ultimate sacrificial substitute once for all time (Hebrews 7:27)
27 He has no need, like those high priests, to offer sacrifices daily, first for his own sins and then for those of the people, since he did this once for all when he offered up himself. and is now the only mediator between God and humanity (1 Timothy 2:5).

Christ’s Sacrifice Once for All
Heb 10
1 For since the law has but a shadow of the good things to come instead of the true form of these realities, it can never, by the same sacrifices that are continually offered every year, make perfect those who draw near. 2 Otherwise, would they not have ceased to be offered, since the worshipers, having once been cleansed, would no longer have any consciousness of sins? 3 But in these sacrifices there is a reminder of sins every year. 4 For it is impossible for the blood of bulls and goats to take away sins.
5 Consequently, when Christ came into the world, he said,

Sacrifices and offerings you have not desired,
but a body have you prepared for me;
6 in burnt offerings and sin offerings
you have taken no pleasure.
7 Then I said, ‘Behold, I have come to do your will, O God,
as it is written of me in the scroll of the book.’”

8 When he said above, “You have neither desired nor taken pleasure in sacrifices and offerings and burnt offerings and sin offerings” (these are offered according to the law), 9 then he added, “Behold, I have come to do your will.” He does away with the first in order to establish the second. 10 And by that will we have been sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all.
11 And every priest stands daily at his service, offering repeatedly the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins. 12 But when Christfn had offered for all time a single sacrifice for sins, he sat down at the right hand of God, 13 waiting from that time until his enemies should be made a footstool for his feet. 14 For by a single offering he has perfected for all time those who are being sanctified.
15 And the Holy Spirit also bears witness to us; for after saying,16 “This is the covenant that I will make with them after those days, declares the Lord:I will put my laws on their hearts, and write them on their minds,”17 then he adds,“I will remember their sins and their lawless deeds no more.”
18 Where there is forgiveness of these, there is no longer any offering for sin.
The old testament was a repetitive system where as Christ sacrifice was once and for all.

What are some Scripture that shows Christ deity?

Jn 8:58-59 I'am passage (pg 2041) : same term as Ex 3:14

Rev 1:8 (God) in conjunction with rev 22:18 (Christ) alfa omega

John 1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

The Word (Logos was Theos) God.

John1:18 No one has ever seen God; the only God, who is at the Father’s side, he has made him known.

John 20:28 Thomas answered him, “My Lord and my God!”

Romans 9:5 To them belong the patriarchs, and from their race, according to the flesh, is the Christ, who is God over all, blessed forever. Amen.

Titus 2:13 waiting for our blessed hope, the appearing of the glory of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ, 14 who gave himself for us to redeem us from all lawlessness and to purify for himself a people for his own possession who are zealous for good works.

Titus 1:1 Paul, a servant of God and an apostle of Jesus Christ, for the sake of the faith of God’s elect and their knowledge of the truth, which accords with godliness, 2 in hope of eternal life, which God, who never lies, promised before the ages began 3 and at the proper time manifested in his word through the preaching with which I have been entrusted by the command of God our Savior;

Who Commanded Paul ?
Acts 9:4 And falling to the ground he heard a voice saying to him, “Saul, Saul, why are you persecuting me?” 5 And he said, “Who are you, Lord?” And he said, “I am Jesus, whom you are persecuting. -15 But the Lord said to him, “Go, for he is a chosen instrument of mine to carry my name before the Gentiles and kings and the children of Israel.

Who is our Savior ? Jesus

Christ omnipotence : an agency or force of unlimited power

Calms the storm
Matt 8:” 26 And he said to them, “Why are you afraid, O you of little faith?” Then he rose and rebuked the winds and the sea, and there was a great calm. 27 And the men marveled, saying, “What sort of man is this, that even winds and sea obey him?”

Feeds the 5000+
Matt 14:19 Then he ordered the crowds to sit down on the grass, and taking the five loaves and the two fish, he looked up to heaven and said a blessing. Then he broke the loaves and gave them to the disciples, and the disciples gave them to the crowds. 20 And they all ate and were satisfied. And they took up twelve baskets full of the broken pieces left over. 21 And those who ate were about five thousand men, besides women and children.

John 2:7 Jesus said to the servants, “Fill the jars with water.” And they filled them up to the brim. 8 And he said to them, “Now draw some out and take it to the master of the feast.” So they took it. 9 When the master of the feast tasted the water now become wine, and did not know where it came from (though the servants who had drawn the water knew), the master of the feast called the bridegroom

11 This, the first of his signs, Jesus did at Cana in Galilee, and manifested his glory. And his disciples believed in him.

Christ omniscience:1: having infinite awareness, understanding, and insight
2: possessed of universal or complete knowledge

Mark2:8 And immediately Jesus, perceiving in his spirit that they thus questioned within themselves, said to them, “Why do you question these things in your hearts?

Jesus knew what they were thinking.

John 1:48 Nathanael said to him, “How do you know me?” Jesus answered him, “Before Philip called you, when you were under the fig tree, I saw you.” 49 Nathanael answered him, “Rabbi, you are the Son of God! You are the King of Israel!

John 6:64 But there are some of you who do not believe.” (For Jesus knew from the beginning who those were who did not believe, and who it was who would betray him.)

John 16:29 His disciples said, “Ah, now you are speaking plainly and not using figurative speech! 30 Now we know that you know all things and do not need anyone to question you; this is why we believe that you came from God.”

Christ Omnipresence:present in all places at all times

Matt 18:. 20 For where two or three are gathered in my name, there am I among them.”

Matt 28:20 teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.”

Looking forward to the establishment of the church.

Only Jesus who had a human nature and a divine nature could possibly do all that he did and be able to bear the burden of sin for the world.

John 3:16 “For God so loved the world,fn that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. 17 For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him.
