Unintentional Sin

I came across a verse this morning while working on my Wed night Bible study ( James is still asleep were in Kansas At the Races) Its a verse I looked up besides what was used.
Ps 26:2
Prove me, O LORD, and try me;
test my heart and my mind.

How much stronger might a Christian be or a better witness in everyday life might one be,if in the morning and evening we asked God to Prove me or Examine me Show me what things or sins I committed unintentionally so that I may not do it again. This is the same thought behind Job 34:32" teach me what I do not see;
if I have done iniquity, I will do it no more’?"
My thought on this is ,are there sins we unintentionally ( we know what we may intentionally do )commit and others see and say hypocrite . I'm not giving an excuse for sin I'm saying  Show me God so I may not sin.
